Mechanics

Each of the three unique "Survival" jewels share their limits. A character can have only one jewel with the Survival modifier socketed in their passive skill tree.

Item acquisition

Survival Secrets is drop disabled.

It can be acquired by trading with other players in the permanent leagues.

Version history

Prior to version 3.20.0, Survival Secrets could be obtained as a quest reward for completing Through Sacred Ground.

Version	Changes
3.20.0	Unique Jewels are no longer offered as a quest reward for completing "Through Sacred Ground" in Act 3. The Book of Regrets is now the only reward offered for this quest.
3.16.0	There is now a limit of 1 for these Survival Jewels. This change affects existing versions. All versions of Survival jewels received the Survival modifiers, in order to be affected by the new "1 Survival" jewel limit change. [Undocumented This change was not documented by any official sources. It was discovered through player testing or datamining.] No longer has 10% increased Elemental Damage and Regenerate 3 Mana per second. Instead, it now has Flasks gain 3 Charges every 3 seconds while they are inactive and Flasks applied to you have 20% reduced Effect.
