The summon Harbinger is immortal, and occasionally casts 
The Flow Untethered on the player character. The Flow Untethered is an aura that lasts 8 seconds, with a cooldown of 20 seconds, and grants +20%[citation needed] action speed to the player character and nearby allies:
Action speed is a modifier affecting animation speed. This effect stacks additively with other modifiers like Temporal Chains and chill.
