You have increased Action Speed from the Slipstream.
Slipstream also known for its code names: slipstream (unique item) or ground_haste (sextant), is a beneficial ground effect that increase the action speed of everything inside them.
It can generate from the following sources:
- Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Arcane Wake" skill from Module Error: Item link: No results found for search parameter "worldcarver".
Slipstreams no longer spawn from the sextant. The sextant mod Module Error: No results found. is spawn disabled. The sextant version of Slipstream stacks, meaning the character and other monsters will receive a significant boost if they're inside all the overlapping slipstreams.[1]
