A sea witch is a type of beast monster typically found around the southern oceans of Wraeclast that can use cold spells. Together with spawn, they are collectively referred to as "siren spawn" in the Menagerie Depths. Sea witches typically resist cold damage.

According to Necropolis league's league mechanic UI, however, sea witch is a type of demon. Even if it is captured as a yellow beast for Bestiary.
