3.21.0	A previous change in 3.19.0 doubled the values of the aura from the Shaper's Seed unique, but this was done incorrectly, and only changed the displayed values on the item, not the actual values granted. This has now been fixed so the values of life and mana regeneration granted to allies will always match what is displayed on the items.
