Version history

Prior to the Harvest rework in version 3.19.0, Saqawine Lure could be obtained using a specific harvest crafting option that could be gained from harvesting Primal Crushclaws. This harvest crafting option allowed the player to change a unique "Bestiary item" (one that can only drop from the Spirit Beasts) or an item with an Aspect modifier into a number of lures of the same beast family. Saqawine Lure could also drop from Oshabi, Avatar of the Grove.

During Heist league, Saqawine Lure could drop from certain chests in heist missions.

3.19.0	Lures and Infused Engineer's Orbs can no longer be obtained. Oshabi, Avatar of the Grove, no longer drops Infused Beachheads, Dedication, Gift and Tribute to the Goddess, Lures, Infused Engineer's Orbs, or Facetor's Lenses. She now has a chance to drop Crystallised Lifeforce, which can be used for a specific set of crafting options.
3.13.0	Harvest has been added to the core game and has been vastly reworked. Lures can once again be obtained through harvest crafting. Harvest rewards can no longer appear in Heists, because Harvest is a thing again.
3.12.0	Lures can be obtained in Heist league as a drop from certain chests in heist missions.
3.11.2b	With Harvest not added to the core game, the only way of obtaining lures is no longer available.
