Rooster Fiend is a type of Cockerel found in the Daresso's Dream in Act 4. Rooster Fiends themselves are melee monster, but their variants, known as Rooster Demon and Talon Archer, use bows.
Melee cockerel that only spawns in the trap area of the Daresso's Dream are called Talon Demon.
