Modifiers

By default, using this flask creates three Flask Buff icons:

1. Granite Flask (additional Armour)
2. Rumi's Concoction (chance to Block Attacks and Spells)

Utility Flasks cannot gain charges while active in Ruthless mode. This flask also has a flask duration of 0.40 seconds instead.
