The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

Objective

Kill a normal monster. It will be revived as a rare monster with a nemesis mod.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.17.0	Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content. Silver Coins can no longer drop. Existing Silver Coins and itemised Prophecies will be deleted from your inventory and stash the next time you log in after the launch of 3.17.0.
3.3.0	Fixed a bug where the Rebirth prophecy could cause Bannon to become unrescuable in Act 10.
3.2.2b	Fixed a bug where a Shackled Hellion that had been revived by the Rebirth prophecy was not targetable.
2.3.0	Introduced to the game.
