Item acquisition

Perepiteia is drop disabled.

Perepiteia (the fractured variant) only drops from the Synthesis league bosses (other than Cortex) during that league. In version 3.8.0, the devs had confirmed that the league mechanic returned to the game as unique maps, but the fractured version of Perepiteia is not returning. So that this item could only be obtained by trading with existing owners of this items in the permanent leagues.

There was probably a bug exploit to create a nearly identical Perepiteia, by using the 3 to 1 recipe , which by selling 3 Perepiteia (synthesised), would yield a Perepiteia without fractured mod as well as synthesis implicit, making the mod is divinable (despite expensive) as well as having the +3% chance to Suppress Spell Damage. This bug has been fixed on version 3.23.0d or before.

3.11.0	Fractured items are added back to the game as a harvest recipe, but fractured unique items are still drop disabled . [Undocumented This change was not documented by any official sources. It was discovered through player testing or datamining.]
3.8.0	If you're lucky, Zana will now offer 5 new unique maps as part of her missions. Each map contains a boss encounter originally from the Synthesis league, and each can drop unique items originally exclusive to that league. Note, you cannot obtain Fractured items, nor will you have any access to the Synthesiser.
