Item acquisition

Ornate Quiver has restrictions on where or how it can drop.

This basetype does not drop normally. It drops as unique item only. To obtain a non-unique Ornate Quiver, player must first vaal at least 5 copies of unique Ornate Quiver, to obtain 5 rare corrupted Ornate Quiver. Then use 5 to 1 vendor recipe to obtain a non-corrupted copy. Note that not all vaaling outcome is convert to a rare.
