Maraketh weapons with this item class have a x% increased Attack Speed implicit instead.

Experimented One-handed maces have Trigger Level x Fiery Impact on Melee Hit with this Weapon implicit.

One-handed maces and sceptres are different item classes. However, some passive skill are specify for "Mace and Sceptre"
