Niles, the Interrogator is a NPC located in the Rogue Harbour. He is a rogue to hire for Counter-Thaumaturgy jobs in a Heist and Grand Heist. To unlock Niles, run a contract with Huck, the Soldier.

Profile

Niles grants the following bonuses during heists:

  • Can unlock 1 Magical Chest after Lockdown per Wing
  • Discovers a Blueprint Reveal upon completion of a Heist Contract Mission

Combat style

Niles' ability to convert an enemy soldier into a minion temporarily

Niles fights enemies with an array of spells:

  • Magical bolts that can each hit a single target and deal cold damage
  • A pulse of cold damage that hits all enemies in a cone in front of him
  • Mind control, which converts one enemy into an ally for a short period of time, then causes them to commit suicide

Niles' damage in combat receives the most benefit from rogue's gear that grants increased spell damage, such as Burst BandBurst BandRequires 5 in Any job(26-30)% increased Spell DamageCan only be equipped to Heist members..

Lore

He is the former interrogator of the Templar according to the conversion between Niles and Huck. In another conversation, Niles also mentions that he may have interrogated the character before they were exiled.
