Medium Jewel Sockets are a number of small passive skills that contain a jewel socket. They only exist when the passive tree is extended via a 
Large Cluster JewelLarge Cluster JewelPlace into an allocated Large Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Added passives do not interact with jewel radiuses. Right click to remove from the Socket.

Medium jewel sockets can house medium or small cluster jewels, as well as base jewels and Abyss jewels.
Jewels with a Radius will have the effects within that radius disabled in these sockets. For example, this negates the downsides of
