Ascendancy Notable Passive Skill

Exposure you inflict applies an extra -25% to the affected Resistance
Regenerate 1% of Mana per second if you've inflicted Exposure Recently [1]

Mastermind of Discord is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist. It causes exposure debuffs from the player (or the player's skills used by proxies) to apply an additional -25% to the relevant resistance. It also grants the player mana regeneration for 4 seconds after applying exposure personally.

Supported Skills deal (0.5-10)% increased Trap DamageThis is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket. normally applies Cold Exposure with a base effect of -15%. With Mastermind of Discord's additive -25%, its effect is -40% instead. This setup will not grant the player mana regeneration.

Mastermind of Discord in Ruthless mode does not grant mana regeneration after inflicting exposure, and lowers the bonus resistance reduction from exposure.
