The increased Charges used mod (from pre-2.2.0 version) cannot be removed as the game developer DID NOT set a new 0 default value to that mod (sometimes they did for other legacy unique item). The pre-2.2.0 version can have mod value of (30-35)% for the mod #% more Melee Physical Damage during effect, if the player had used a Divine OrbDivine OrbStack Size: 10Randomises the values of the random modifiers on an itemRight click this item then left click a magic, rare or unique item to apply it. during the period from version 2.2.0 to before 3.0.0 (i.e. version 2.6.3), making it a hybrid variant. However, since the current range is (7-10)%, such hybrid variant is useless to create currently, so that it is not recommended to divine it.
