Kinetic Rain is a wand attack skill that causes projectiles to rain down on enemies in a targeted area. Each projectile deals area damage on impact and triggers Kinetic Anomaly, a second skill also granted by this gem. Kinetic Anomaly creates an anomaly for a duration, which explodes when enemies are near it, dealing non-projectile area damage.
