Hidden Patch is a vaal side area that can be found in The Old Fields and The Crossroads. The area has two ids: 1_SideArea2_4 and MapSideArea2_4. The latter is the map variant.

The boss is Thornrunner, a unique Spine Serpent, who has Proximity Shield, Quick, Fast Attacks, Extra Projectiles, Chaos Damage, Resists Elemental Damage, Resists Chaos.
