Grants a buff which causes you to deal more damage for each Herald skill affecting you. While you have this buff, this skill turns the space around you into a tear in reality, releasing pulses that damage enemies around you. Inflicting Ailments causes you to gain Otherworldly Pressure, which increases the frequency of the pulses. You will lose Otherworldly Pressure over time, at a rate which increases the more of it you have. The damage inflicted by this skill is not affected by modifiers to spell damage.

Herald of the Hive is a herald skill that grants a buff that grants more damage per herald affecting you, and releases damaging pulses that deal all five damage types.

Skill mechanics and interactions

The damaging pulses have base interval of 2 seconds between pulses. The damage of this skill is considered secondary damage and counts as damage from a herald skill. It cannot be reflected. This skill cannot inflict ailments. Generic damage scaling such as minion damage with Spiritual Aid is more effective due to dealing multiple different damage types.

Inflicting ailments through any other sources grants a stack of Otherworldly Pressure, up to 50 stacks. Each stack grants 10% increased pulse frequency, up to 500% increased pulse frequency, or 0.333 seconds between pulses. These stacks decay over time with an accelerating rate at higher stacks, similar to Herald of AgonyHerald of AgonySpell, Herald, Minion, Chaos, Physical

The buff also grants 3% more damage per herald skill affecting you; this can grant a maximum of 18% more damage with all five herald skill gems and Herald of the Hive. Note that this buff scales with herald buff effect modifiers, such as Elementalist's Bringer of Ruin.
