Greust's Necklace is a quest item. It is obtained from Helena as the start of 
In Memory of Greust side quest.
The quest requires the player to place the item on the Azmeri shrine in The Northern Forest (Act 7) (Actually it requires the player leaves the quest item in the player's inventory and just click the shrine . DO NOT DROP the quest item on the ground as it does not work)
