Skill functions and interactions

Basics - Gore Shockwave is an attack that deals damage in an area of effect.

Gems - As with all skill granted by items the following rules apply:

  • Gore Shockwave is affected by all support gems without them needing any linked sockets. The skill can have 6 support gems once the item has 6 sockets.
  • If using other skills in the weapon, those need linked sockets to get the benefits of support gems.
  • If scaling damage on the trigger and a skill gem in the same weapon, both will benefit from all support gems if they are all fully linked.

Cooldown - Gore Shockwave has a base cooldown of 1 second.

Trigger - When off cooldown, all melee attack hits will trigger Gore Shockwave. Therefore attacks not socketed in the weapon will trigger Gore Shockwave.
