Glancing Blows is a keystone passive skill which grants doubles both Attack and Spell Block chance while causing you to take 65% of the blocked hit's damage.

Mechanics

Other than taking damage from the hit, the mechanics of block are unchanged. A blocked hit still cannot apply on-hit effects, such as ailments or curses. The chance to play the block animation is based on the full damage of the hit.

By default, you take 0% of the damage from blocked hits. Glancing Blows adds a modifier that makes you take 65% of that damage. This stacks additively with other effects that cause you to take a percentage of the blocked hit's damage, such as the implicit modifier on Basemetal Treads, Darksteel Treads or Brimstone Treads, and the explicit modifier on The OppressorThe Oppressor

3.11.0	Timeless Jewel Keystone passives have become a popular feature for many builds, but are prohibitively difficult to acquire (especially without trade). We've moved some of the most build-defining Keystones out of the Timeless Jewels and into the tree itself. These Keystones have been added to the tree: The Agnostic, Glancing Blows, Supreme Ego, Wind Dancer and Eternal Youth. Timeless Jewels -- New keystones have been added to replace the five that are now available on the passive skill tree. The new ones are: The Traitor, Supreme Ostentation, Chainbreaker, Transcendence, Immortal Ambition. Existing Timeless Jewels will retain the old keystones, but if you reroll them with a Divine Orb they will be able to reveal these new keystones.
