For Love of the Queen is an atlas passive skill. It increases the chance of vaal side area to spawn in your maps, as well as grant a 20% chance to became an Alluring vaal side area. Read vaal side area article for the details of "Alluring" vaal side area.

Ruthless

In Ruthless mode, this passive instead grants a chance for items dropped by Unique monsters to be corrupted. The 3 small passives in the same cluster, also instead grant the same item conversion, with a mod value of 1% for each passive.
