3.16.0	Introduce "Spell Suppression" on Evasion items as well the Dexterity section of the Passive Skill Tree, which gives a chance to halve spell damage taken. The chance can be stacked up to 100%. Convert existing sources of Dodge and Spell Dodge to Spell Suppression or replace them with other bonuses.
3.0.0	The following changes CANNOT be obtained by rerolling the item's implicit with a Blessed Orb and will only appear on new versions of these items: The implicits of hybrid Dexterity/Intelligence shields have been reworked. They now grant either Chance to Dodge Attacks or Chance to Dodge Spells.
