Executioner is a notable passive skill that grants increased damage with hits against enemies that are on low life, as well as increased Area of Effect if you have killed recently.

We also wanted to reduce the power of some clusters that were overly efficient, and increase the power of clusters that were inefficient.

  • Executioner no longer grants accuracy. It now grants stun duration and damage against enemies on low life.
  • The Templar, Marauder, and Duelist starting areas have been reworked significantly.
  • Large elemental, staff, mace, axe, sword, two-handed weapon, weapon and shield, and dual wielding wheels of passive skills have been placed on the exterior of the tree, out from the Templar, Marauder and Duelist. Special bonuses have been added to some notable passives in those areas.
