Essence of Envy

Essences of Envy can be used to upgrade an equipment with a guaranteed affix related to:

• Chaos Resistance
• Chaos Damage

Monsters that are possessed by these essences will summon a grasping hand (looks like Cold SnapCold Grasp EffectSkill Gem EffectYour Cold Snap becomes a grasping hand of frost), that teleports the player to the monster's location. This can be avoided with character movement.
