Bonuses from the Elemental Mastery can be allocated for one passive point after allocating a notable passive skill within an applicable cluster.

Mechanics

Exposure you inflict applies at least -18% to the affected Resistance: This effect sets the minimum amount of resistance lowered from Exposure you inflict to be -18%. This is applied after all modifiers to Exposure, and does not affect the base Exposure directly.
