Elder's Exalted Orb is a currency item that can be used to enhance a piece of non-influenced rare equipment to turn it into a Elder-influenced item with a new Elder affix: "The Elder's" (prefix) or "of the Elder" (suffix).

Mechanics

Cannot be used on influenced items, synthesised items, fractured items, or items with eldritch implicit modifiers.

Item acquisition

Elder's Exalted Orb has restrictions on where or how it can drop.
