3.0.0	Pierce has been reworked. Items and skills that used to use or provide pierce chance now instead use or provide a number of pierces. Once a projectile has reached its pierce limit, it will not pierce further. The following items have had their Pierce mods replaced: Drillneck now grants Arrows that Pierce deal 50% increased Damage.
