Hextouch Support is a support gem that causes a linked hex debuff to get applied to target on hit with the linked active skill.

Mechanics and Interactions

Hexes cast via this trigger no longer possess their area of effect property, only affecting the enemies hit with the linked skill. Since the hex was not self-cast, it will also not gain Doom.

To use this gem, it needs both a linked attack or spell, and a linked hex spell. As stated in the tooltip, hexes linked to this gem cannot be cast directly.

Hextouch is considered a trigger only for the linked curse, and not the attacks or spells which are applying it (see Trigger). This means it can be used with trigger skills such as VengeanceVengeanceTrigger, Attack, AoE, Physical, Melee
