Historical trivia

Before Patch 1.3.0, having 40% chance to block (30% from basetype), Crest of Perandus had the highest block chance of any shield. Even after the basetype block chance nerf, with 36%, the legacy Crest of Perandus hold the title of "the highest block chance shield" until version 3.0.
