Trivia

Before Patch 1.3.0, having 40% chance to block, Crest of Perandus had the highest block chance of any shield. With 36%, the legacy version still holds that title.
After patch 3.0 the previous champion of high block chance, Crest of Perandus has been dethroned. It is now possible to get a rare with 37% block chance by utilizing the prefix available to armour shields along with a providing 8% suffix block.
