3.16.0	Remove irrelevant modifiers from Shields and add some really powerful ones. (See version 3.16.0 § Core Character Defences and Recovery section for full list.) Base Types are now generated with a random 0-15% (on average) higher base defence, as an inbuilt property. This means that all base types can be better than they currently are, and armour base types are not homogeneous any more. Brass Spirit Shield now has 35-40 Energy Shield (up from 33).
