Skill functions and interactions

Since Berserk will increase it's rage cost every second the duration is not static. Berserk will roughly last for:

   6 seconds with no Rage gain
   8 seconds with Rage Support
   8 seconds with Crave the Slaughter
   11 seconds with Rage Support and Crave the Slaughter

All scenarios assume 50 starting Rage, permanently attacking the enemy and no Rage loss from not gaining Rage/being hit recently.
