The legacy item use the mod , which the mod #% increased Skeleton Attack Speed inherited the numeric value from pre-3.0.0 mod text +2 to Maximum number of Skeletons but not the function. The old mod have a hidden value of 0 for maximum number of Spectres and maximum number of Zombies thus the 3.0.0 change made the legacy jewel has a default value of 0 for #% increased Skeleton Cast/Movement Speed. New version use 3 mods each for Skeleton Attack/Cast/Movement Speed.

Using a Divine OrbDivine OrbStack Size: 10Randomises the numeric values of the random modifiers on an itemRight click this item then left click a magic, rare or unique item to apply it.
Shift click to unstack. can "add" the mods text (7-10)% increased Skeleton Cast Speed and (3-5)% increased Skeleton Movement Speed back to the item, as well as change the numeric value to (7-10)% increased Skeleton Attack Speed.
