Mechanics

16% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills: This modifier applies to all skills, not just those that are socketed in Alpha's Howl. The effect is additive with increased (Mana) Reservation Efficiency modifiers from passives and other items. However, the mana reservation efficiency itself has a diminishing marginal return on the actual mana reserved so that the reserved mana never reach zero, even stacking the efficiency to positive infinite. Read Reservation § Reducing reservation for details.
