Alal the Terrifying is a unique Whipping Miscreation, located on the top floor of The Upper Sceptre of God. She is one of Dominus' champions. She mainly deals Chaos Damage with Viper Strike, casts a partially chaos damage dealing version of Ethereal Knives and uses an instantly detonating poison bomb.
