Utility Flasks
Utility Flasks are an item class and a subtype of flasks that provides a guaranteed timed buff over the flask duration.
Effect of stats on utility flasks
The length of the buff can be improved by x% increased Flask effect duration and by increasing the quality of flasks through 
Glassblower's BaubleGlassblower's BaubleStack Size: 20Improves the quality of a flaskRight click this item then left click a flask to apply it. Has greater effect on lower-rarity flasks. The maximum quality is 20%.

The strength of the buff can be improved by x% increased effect of Flasks stats. Stats that are binary (i.e. enabled or disabled) will not be affected.
Binary stats are:
- Phasing
- Onslaught
- Your Critical Strike Chance is Lucky
