The Searing Exarch is an epilogue quest.

Walkthrough

Upon certain stage of mapping, The Envoy on behalf of The Maven will give you a quest item to upgrade the Map DeviceMap DeviceHideout ItemCreates an object in your hideout2 Variations.

Then use the map device to add the Searing Exarch's influence to tier 9+ and then 10+ and then tier 11+ map.

Only the tier 11 map boss is required to kill, which drops a quest invitation Polaric Invitation, to initiate the boss fight against The Black Star. The area level is 79.

(In the tier 11 map , The Envoy may give you another quest item Flesh Compass for The Eater of Worlds quest.)

Purse The Searing Exarch's influence in a Tier 12+ map. (T13/14/15/16+)

After The Black Star boss fight, spawn The Searing Exarch's influence in a T12+ map, and then T13/14/15/16+, by using the button on the map device.

Defeat the map boss to receive an invitation.

Kill the T16 boss and the boss will drop another invitation Incandescent Invitation.

Pick up the Incandescent Invitation.

Use the Incandescent Invitation in the Map Device to gain access to The Searing Exarch's arena.

Enter The Searing Exarch's arena.

Defeat The Searing Exarch.

use the invitation to enter the map. Defeat The Searing Exarch.

You have defeated The Searing Exarch and unlocked the Omniscient Voidstone. Talk to Commander Kirac for a reward.

Talk to Kirac . NOT The Envoy.
