Vaal Righteous Fire is a vaalspell that expends a percentage of your energy shield and life to burn surrounding enemies for a short period of time, relative to how much life and energy shield was spent.
On-hit effects: The damage you do to yourself when Using Vaal Righteous Fire is not considered a hit on yourself. Thus it will not proc any when-hit effects. For the same reason, it does not interrupt energy shield recharge.
