All sources that previously provided reduced reservation now provide increased mana reservation efficiency at twice the value of the reduced reservation they used to give. (Undocumented): No longer grants 6% reduced Reservation of Skills. Instead, it now grants 12% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills.
