Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version deals fire damage instead of physical at a greater value and gains added fire damage based on the shield's armour rating (but not evasion rating). It has increased mana cost and a slower attack time. The central wave also has more area of effect, which is further increased by gem quality, but the side waves don't gain added radius per gem level.
