Version	Changes
3.16.0	(Undocumented): Now grants +100 to Evasion Rating (down from 150). No longer grants +150 to Accuracy Rating or 15% increased Global Accuracy Rating. Instead, it now grants +10% chance to Suppress Spell Damage.
1.2.0	Reflexes also grants additional base evasion rating. The area surrounding the Witch, Shadow and Ranger has been redesigned. Many values have been adjusted.
