You are on an enemy's Consecrated Ground.

Consecrated ground is a beneficial ground effect:

  • The character and their allies affected by it regenerate an additional 5% of their maximum life per second.
  • The character and their allies have 50% reduced effect of curses on them.

If the character has Zealot's Oath, consecrated ground will regenerate energy shield instead.

Consecrated ground cast by enemies (such as The Brittle Emperor) is considered a detrimental ground effect, however it currently does nothing,[1] unless it is the player's consecrated ground and they have items that augmented the ground effect such as Bottled FaithBottled Faith

Thus, by default, consecrated ground cast by monsters and map mod, just means the enemies are healing by the ground effect. So that be cautious if you are melee build and you and the monsters are on the ground effect.
