Player only able to select ONE modifier from Jun's list of 3 modifiers. Thus it may be 1/2 chance to get the desired mod. They are (as of 3.16.0) equally weighted to be selected by Jun.
On drop, the game will randomly selected one of the following modifiers:
Recover (1-3)% of Life when you Kill an Enemy during Effect
Recover (1-3)% of Mana when you Kill an Enemy during Effect
Recover (1-3)% of Energy Shield when you Kill an Enemy during Effect

Legacy variant (pre-3.14.0) of this flask use crafted mod which has different color than normal mod. These crafted mods can remove from the unique item but not able to craft it back via Crafting Bench, effectively bricked the item. The mod text and mod value are the same between crafted mod and the new, 3.14 introduced unveil mod.
The version dropped during version 3.5.0 (Betrayal league) has a lower required character level to equip (40). The new versions requires character level 48 as the level of the crafted/unveil mods are level 48.
Players can create quasi-legacy variant by obtaining an veil legacy Cinderswallow Urn, and unveiled currently obtainable mod on the flask
The Cinderswallow Urn Unique Flask has changed as a result of the changes above. "60-80% reduced Reflected Damage taken during Flask Effect" is now a possible modifier when Unveiling this Flask, which has replaced the increased Critical Strike Chance during Flask Effect modifier that was possible previously. The crafted version of this new modifier has values of 45-55%, and has replaced the Critical Strike Chance during Flask Effect crafting option.
Cinderswallow Urn now spawns with either 'Recover 1-3% Life when you kill an enemy during flask effect', 'Recover 1-3% Mana when you kill an enemy during flask effect' or 'Recover 1-3% Energy Shield when you kill an enemy during flask effect'.
Cinderswallow Urn now has +90 to maximum Charges, and has 175-200% increased Charges Used.
ICinderswallow Urn now recharges 5 Charges when you consume an ignited corpse (previously 1),
Cinderswallow Urn now has Enemies ignited during flask effect now take 7-10% increased damage (previously 10%).
The Veiled/crafted Flask Suffix that gives increased Critical Strike Chance during Flask Effect, now grants 40-60% (previously 60-80%).
The Veiled/crafted Flask Suffix that gives 50% Chance to Avoid Being Stunned During Flask Effect and 8-12% increased Movement Speed during Flask Effect, no longer grants movement speed during Flask Effect.

Fixed a bug where the "8-12% increased Movement Speed during Flask Effect" veiled modifier was not being granted alongside the "50% Chance to avoid being Stunned during Flask Effect" veiled modifier. Existing items can obtain the missing modifier by using a Divine Orb.
Modifiers that are unveiled through Jun are now more powerful than before. Previously, when an item was unveiled, the veiled modifier added to the item would be equal to the highest tier modifier available on the Crafting Bench. Now, the modifier being unveiled no longer counts as a crafted modifier and will be stronger than any craftable veiled modifier.
